Anderson, Eric

Eric R. Anderson is a professional nature photographer who has been making beautiful images with his cameras for over 34 years. Eric's experience, knowledge, and patience are evident in his photographs.

Being fond of all the outdoors led Eric to pursue a career in biology and obtrain a masgters degree in fisheries management from the Univeristy of Michigan. Having worked with the state of Michigan, Minnesota, and Alaska, Eric has been able to spend countless hours outdoors.

Eric is dedicated to photographing only wild, free-roaming animals, no captives. It takes skill to find the subjects in their natural habitat, but the beauty captured is magnificent and worth the effort. This philosophy is evident in so many of Eric's photographs; a young bear cub investigating weathered moose antlers, a caribou resting on a ridge, or a polar bear waking from a nap.

Anderson Images was formed in 1994 when Eric decided to devote all his time to making photographs. along with his wife, Jennifer, they market Eric's work throughout the U.S. and Canada.
